Backpacks of Hope

We have partnered with local elementary schools in the county to provide children with a backpack of food to eat over the weekend. The students are identified by the school’s administration and the backpacks are sent home with the children on Friday and then returned on Monday. The backpacks contain breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner to get them through Saturday and Sunday. On holidays and long weekends extra food is provided to make sure the children have plenty.
